Two of the partners are competitive athletes, one a former professional tennis player, the other a ranked open water swimmer. They have developed a program, grounded in the understanding of behavior change and successful coaching techniques, along with our new understanding about healthy food and eating, that will give you the structure and information you need to implement healthier eating.
